The main Objectives of ADI are to:

1)      Provide of national cadres to meet the acute shortage of local manpower particularly in the health sciences domains.

2)      Qualify and train the Saudi High School graduates who are not admitted to the Governmental Saudi Universities and Colleges.

3)      Support the on going Saudization process and replace the expatriate manpower by Saudi workers and trained labors.

4)      Provide on the job training for the present employees through a continuing education process to update their skills and to follow the new trends in sciences and technology as well as in management, administration and so on.

5)      Encourage the self-development for Saudi and Non-Saudi desires for progress and education for their own ambition and professional growth in health sciences.

6)      Relate training and education to meet the necessary economical and social development requirements with the manpower markets in the Kingdom.
